Brompton - Bike Ride & Exercise

Matt and I got Brompton Folding Bike on July 28th, 2009. Back then we were so eager to get one because at least I thought it would make me go out and ride and do some bike-related-trip to places. Well... It didn't happen like that. After riding about 15 miles, we sealed it (not on purpose but haven't used since then). Now we unsealed it and rode about 3days. It's nice to ride a bike. I love my brompton.

The teal color is mine. I call it TealTon instead of Brompton Turkish Green colored bike. :)
Matt's is the apple green. I call it AppleTon, but Matt doesn't know.

I went ahead of Matt.
While this shot, I can hear "Don't take photo!" from Matt.
He thought it was dangerous.

I took this photo and I can hear "Don't take photo!" again from back of my head. :)
We have some nice rode to ride bike in the complex.
I wish this city is bike-friendly environment.

Here is our clubhouse.
In this building there is heated pool + hot tub out side,
Gym and some rooms that you can have parties and etc.

It becomes pretty small, isn't it?

When we walked into the gym, there were couple of people using treadmill.
Time to exercise.

After the gym, we went to check our mailbox.
We have mailbox building.
By the way, you can pull the bike like that. :) cool eh?
While Matt was getting the mails,
I was taking photos.




After we got home, I decided to ride more since I have more energy.
For some reason, my legs weren't as tired as Matt's.
While I was riding the bike, I saw the street post and thought 'this is time to take photo!' and park the bike in front of stranger's house and started take photos.

Since it was very dark, I couldn't get pretty photos,
but I think some came out nice.




This is my favorite photo.
It has good mood and good color.

This ends our little trip to clubhouse and back.
I want to ride more bike this year.
Riding bike is nice.

Riding Bike

Gom and I rode bike for two days now.
I feel good whenever he and I ride bike.
But my bottom hurts like something because it's not used to riding bike.
Whenever I sat on the bike it hurts but once I pass the pain then I enjoy the riding.

BikingCat, taking footbath

Part of relaxing day is to do foot bath.
Since I have one (from Matt's Mom who's not using) why not give it a try?
It's nice. Mm
Maybe I should do this everyday.
After all foot bath is good for blood circulation.
